In this role you'll make an impact by:

  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our Commercial team and nurturing customer relationships with care and attention to detail.
  • Coordinating key sales, finance, and regulatory processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing digital leads and sample orders that help bring biosolutions to market faster.
  • Maintaining office consumables and supplies to keep operations running efficiently.
  • Providing proactive support to the Country Manager and cross-functional teams to keep everything organised and on track.

To succeed you must hold:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven business support/admin experience
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong capabilities in sales support and customer service.
  • A high level of attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
