Regional Sales Manager

Our client is a global aesthetics business who have invested heavily into the research and development of their highly regarded injectable and dermocosmetic products. Having undergone phenomenal growth since they entered the Australian market many years ago, they have established a reputation of providing highly respected products backed by a substantial education and service offering to the Aesthetics Market.
**The Role**
Lead, manage, support and provide direction to a team of BDMs across NSW, WA and SA. This is an established team of high performing, experienced salespeople who will thrive with the right mentor and leader, who can help them achieve the levels of success of which they are capable.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Achieve sales targets in allocated territory through leading your sales team.
- Lead, motivate and support the sales team to optimise performance and productivity.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Ensure sales team collaborate within their State to share insights and activities required to achieve sales targets.
- Co-ordinate monthly BDM meetings to review sales, pipeline sales, current and upcoming execution plans.
- Co-ordinate quarterly sales team meetings to review sales achievement/execution and co-create next quarter sales and execution plans.
- Coach and develop your sales team by participating in coaching calls in-field, meetings, over the phone.
- Travel to meet your sales team face to face and attend meetings/trainings/congresses as required, travel to WA/SA once per quarter
- Liaise with Commercial Head/head office staff on campaign execution, training allocation/execution or operational requirements including customer service.
- Facilitate competitor activity tracking and related insights.
- You are an experienced people manager from within the Skincare, Medical Device, OTC or Aesthetics Market, importantly you understand the direct selling model and the management of key accounts
- You can articulate how you have developed high performing teams to achieve success
- Tertiary qualifications that are relevant to the position
- Ability to analyse sales data, and develop comprehensive strategies
- Demonstrated sales coaching experience
- Demonstrated leadership capability with a strategic mindset
