**About Our Client**:
Our client is a market leader in venue operations and hospitality services.

Working in a team of two, you will be responsible for providing end to end Accounts Receivable management including:

- Generating invoices and month end account statements
- Daily receipting and bank reconciliation
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all receipts are correctly processed
- Maintaining Accounts Receivable files and records
- Liaise with customers to investigate and resolve any invoice enquiries
- Drive debtors collection
- Ensure compliance with company payment terms
- Process customer refunds via EFTPOS and Direct Deposits
- Weekly debtor reporting
- Month end Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Other general duties as required to support the finance team

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Previous experience with end to end Accounts Receivable management
- Passionate about providing a high level of customer service
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to regularly meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
- General understanding of accounting principles
