Our range of services include landscape and irrigation design, commercial and residential construction, maintenance, and residential lot packages.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Invoicing & Accounts Administrator to join our Lot Packages team. This full-time role is based at our Burswood office and is ideal for someone with experience in invoicing, data entry, or accounts administration within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and record supplier and subcontractor invoices.

  • Manage and update client and project data in our invoicing and lot packages systems.

  • Prepare and send invoices at month-end for review.

  • Generate reports for management and clients as needed.

  • Liaise with internal teams, including supervisors and management, to ensure smooth invoicing operations.

  • Perform general administrative duties related to accounts and invoicing.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in invoicing, accounts administration, bookkeeping, or data entry roles.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or invoicing software.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented.
