**We are looking for a Junior Payroll Officer to join our team based in Seven Hills.**
- Process accurate and timely entry of payroll data, including hours worked, bonus, and deductions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless payroll processing.
- Support the generation of payroll reports for analysis and auditing purposes.
- Learn and stay informed on all relevant labor law, tax codes, award conditions and payroll regulations.
- Provide support in responding to enquiries (from employees and leaders) on payroll related matters.
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Basic understanding of payroll processes and relevant regulations
- Proficiency in using Microsoft excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills and willingness to learn
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & or 1-2 years of payroll experience. (Desirable)
- Experience utilizing Employment Hero (SWAG) Payroll System (Desirable)
