Are you ready to take your first step into the professional world? We’re looking for a **motivated and reliable Office Junior** to join our supportive and energetic team. In this full-time role, you’ll be the first face (and voice) of the company, helping us deliver a great first impression while learning valuable office skills along the way.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Answering and directing incoming calls with confidence and warmth
- Providing general administrative support - including scanning, filing, and photocopying
- Reviewing and completing purchase orders accurately each day
- Keeping our shared office space clean, organised, and guest-ready
- Assisting team leaders with simple admin tasks and database updates

**What We’re Looking For**:

- No experience needed - we’ll show you the ropes
- Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- A friendly, professional approach to communication
- Strong written and spoken English

You don’t need to bring years of experience - just your enthusiasm and a commitment to grow. We’ll provide full training on our systems and offer ongoing support to help you succeed.
