The Business and Project Management System (BPMS) is the home of our business processes, tools and templates, used to collect and share critical knowledge across the organisation. Reporting into the Business Systems Manager, the team at LXRP have an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about developing others and building quality knowledge management systems.

As a Business and Project Management System Specialist you will have the opportunity to collaborate with teams throughout the entire organisation to build our body of knowledge. You will help to ensure the BPMS is meeting LXRP's project objectives and stakeholder needs. You will provide support to a wide range of stakeholders through training, advice and the delivery of quality improvement initiatives.

On a day-to-day basis you will be building and managing productive relationships with internal stakeholders, as well as:

- Providing quality assistance to system users in a timely manner - you will have an outcome-oriented attitude whilst providing sound guidance.
- Assessing, identifying and implementing ways in which we can improve the quality of the Business and Project Management System.
- Designing and delivering targeted training programs across the business - you will be confident in your ability to influence and engage a range of stakeholders.
- Delivering timely and insightful reports based on your analysis of system quality and performance data.

The Business and Project Management System Specialist role is a 3- year fixed term contract, paying between $103,920 - $125,735 + super. Whilst based in the Melbourne CBD, LXRP

**About you**

We'd love to hear from individuals who have proven experience in designing and delivering business systems and driving quality improvements. You will be passionate about leading, supporting and encouraging collaborative behaviour and transformative initiatives all across LXRP.

Having experience facilitating group workshops or events, as well as designing and delivering training will be highly beneficial as engaging and leading others will be key to the role. You will be confident in your ability to analyse system performance data and prepare reports. Finally, collaborating with a range of stakeholders will be a daily activity - being a people person is a must.
- A qualification in Business Management or certificate in project management is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills - you can confidently train and develop others to use the system.
- Proficiency with SharePoint and Excel is highly regarded.
- Sound knowledge of quality management would be beneficial to the role.
