**About the company**
Join one of Australia’s market leaders in flexible packaging manufacturing based in Melbourne’s South East, with a multi-site network across the country. Committed to pioneering environmentally sustainable solutions, they are currently initiating substantial capital investments to support their growth and therefore are looking for a System Specialist to join their team.

**About the role**
As a Systems Specialist you will report to the QA manager and will play a role in documentation processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. As a Systems Specialist you will be highly motivated and will work cross-functionally to help create and enhance comprehensive technical documentation.

To be successful in this position you will be expected to manage the delivery of multiple areas of the business including policies and procedures, performance management and OH&S review.

**Skills and experience**
- Manufacturing experience highly regarded.
- Ability to translate technical language into clear and refined content tailored to target audience.
- Ability to build effective partnerships within your own team and across the organization.
- 3-5 years’ experience within relevant field.
- Exceptional consulting, influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to developing and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Experience working with Food Safety Standards and HACCP.
