In this role you will:

- Manage a team of business systems analysts, developers, and test analysts, providing guidance, leadership and support
- Provide expertise and direction for the continuous improvement of the client's systems development capability
- Drive the solution architecture capability, supporting the detailed planning and delivery of business solutions
- Oversee all aspects of the release management lifecycle and conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and system integrity

Your history ideally includes:

- A software development background
- Experience in Financial Services (preferably Superannuation)
- 5-10+ years industry experience working within and delivering information systems via an industry-standard System Development Lifecycle methodology
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills, including sound business writing skills to produce management reports and business cases
- The ability to identify issues and deliver solutions
- Proven ability to plan large development projects and managing and motivating a team to execute to those plans
