**About Us**:
As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our self-storage facilities. This position is perfect for a self-motivated individual who enjoys working independently and managing daily office operations.
This role will require working from two locations - Yatala and Coomera.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Day-to-day operations of the office (based in Coomera), ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide information on storage unit availability, and manage reservations.
- Process rental agreements, payments and renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of customers, rental agreements, and financial transactions.
- Perform light bookkeeping, handle billing issues and debt management.
- Supervise facility cleanliness and organization, including coordinating with maintenance staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring everything is in place for smooth operation.
- Must be willing to learn new tasks and have a ‘can do’ attitude.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous office management and administration experience (5 years minimum)
- Experience in self-storage is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of accounting and financial recordkeeping.
- Easily adapt to new CRM software and systems
- Digital Marketing skills preferred
