Springbok Foods is a national wholesale distributor and retailer of the largest range of South African groceries and food products in Australia.
**About the Role | Bookkeeper Office Administrator**
The suitable applicant will be highly skilled in bookkeeping (Xero) with strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a high level of computer literacy.
The position is full-time Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, based in Coomera, Gold Coast, Queensland.
- Managing the bookkeeping and associated administrative tasks related with day-to-day business
- Highly proficient in Xero, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliation
- Accounting or bookkeeping qualification highly regarded
- Reviewing of data in preparation for BAS lodgement
- Day to day reporting
- Highly proficient in Excel/Google sheets
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. A friendly and positive attitude
- Experience working with inventory management, point of sale (POS) cloud-based inventory systems such as Cin 7 (regarded but not required).
- HR administration / contract and employment preparation / filing
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
