**About Us**:
We are a leading provider in the Self Storage industry, offering safe and convenient storage options for our customers. We are opening another storage facility, based in Coomera. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Office Manager to join our team.

As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our self-storage facilities. This position is perfect for a self-motivated individual who enjoys working independently and managing daily office operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide information on storage unit availability, and manage reservations.
- Process rental agreements, payments and renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of customers, rental agreements, and financial transactions.
- Perform light bookkeeping and handle billing issues.
- Supervise facility cleanliness and organization, including coordinating with maintenance staff.
- Assist with marketing efforts and promotion of facility services.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing issues, concerns, and complaints.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring everything is in place for smooth operation.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous office management and administration experience (5 years minimum)
- Experience in self-storage is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of accounting and financial recordkeeping.
- Comfortable using CRM software and systems
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be willing to learn new tasks and have a ‘can do’ attitude.
