**Your new company**

The Australian Natural Therapists Association Ltd (ANTA) is the largest national democratic association of natural therapy practitioners in Australia. For over 60 years, they have been representing the multi-disciplinary interests of thousands of accredited practitioners across the country, as well as natural therapy students.

ANTA’s mission is to provide the public with best-practice health care, and the highest possible standards for the conduct and safety of traditional medicine and natural therapy practitioners. Working with governments, researchers, educators, health funds, WorkCover authorities, and professional organisations, ANTA represents a wide range of disciplines/modalities.

ANTA has a strong membership base being the pre-eminent and authoritative voice of the practice of traditional, complementary, and natural therapies in Australia. Maintaining excellent and productive relationships with stakeholders is essential, and these include members, government and allied health community based organisations. ANTA is apolitical, and informs, lobbies, and maintains relationships across the entire political spectrum.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the President and the Board of Directors, ANTA is looking for a dynamic CEO who can lead the association in its next chapter. With a focus on harnessing the collective strength of the membership, you will drive growth in the membership base and deliver innovative ideas for funding opportunities. Working closely with the Board, you will also be accountable for implementing and building on the strategic plan. This role requires an executive leader with strong financial acumen, commercial awareness underpinned by sound corporate governance.

**What you'll need to succeed**

The CEO will be an outstanding leader and excellent communicator who is forward thinking to provide purpose and direction to ANTA. You’ll have demonstrated strategic and operational excellence, a consultative but decisive management style and exceptional execution skills to deliver results.
