Recruitment advisor required, office and WFH - Murarrie location, some recruitment experience required

This company are a well-known and respected business within Australia. Located at their offices in Murarrie in Brisbane you will have work from home availability as well.

**Your new role**
Your key responsibilities in this role will include:

- Writing, reviewing, and updating existing position descriptions
- Raising recruitment requisitions
- Liaising with hiring managers regarding their recruitment needs
- Writing and placing job advertisements
- Conducting applicant pre screenings
- Providing shortlist’s to Manager’s and arranging interviews
- Preparing and issuing employment contracts and employee on boarding documentation
- Liaising with payroll regarding new employee information

**What you'll need to succeed**
To excel in this role, you will have previous Recruitment experience either from within agency or an internal recruitment role, ideally you will have experience recruiting a range of roles and be able to work in a high-volume capacity. You will be well-versed in recruitment or looking for your next step into recruitment with some relevant experience.
