As a result of recent success, we are now seeking an experienced T
**alent Advisor** to join our team recruiting for a major infrastructure project. We will be recruiting experienced industry professionals from the engineering and construction sector to support the delivery of this long-term project in a client-side capacity.

This role is initially being offered on fixed-term contract basis for a period of 12 months. If your preference is for a permanent role, we are happy to discuss this option.

**Role**

Reporting to the Business Leader (Talent), your key function will be to represent the CPM brand to the talent market with the intent of recruiting the industry’s finest to join our major projects team.

This will involve the following key tasks;
- Writing and posting advertisements
- Developing and maintaining talent pipelines & talent pools
- Managing & coordinating the screening, interviews, shortlisting, referencing and offer process
- Ensuring hiring managers are kept informed through regular updates, reports and attendance at resourcing meetings

Key to your success will be your ability to demonstrate your credibility and to build lasting relationships with all stakeholders across the business and project.

The successful applicant will
_ideally_ possess a mix of internal and external agency recruitment experience specialising in engineering, construction, project management or similar. You are a superior communicator with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You pride yourself on seeing things through to the end and always achieving beneficial outcomes for all stakeholders.

You are a proven performer with a nous for recruitment. You are respected and networked and know how to deliver recruitment results ideally, in a project environment.

**Offer**

We will offer a generous remuneration package including incentives. Our current offices are located at Brisbane and Ipswich. You will have the choice to work where it suits you best including from home as needed. We have regular quarterly meetings (events) at our Ipswich Head Office Function Room and celebrate at our brewery (4 Hearts Brewing) afterwards. We finish the year with our AGM which is held off site over 1-2 days and is nothing short of a magnificent event
