Recruitment doesn’t have to be about agency sales targets, client visit KPIs, cold-call marketing and placement fee negotiations. Join Icon’s recruitment / talent acquisition team and work in partnership and collaboration with our hiring managers, supporting them to find the right people for roles throughout Australia. Make your work meaningful and see first-hand the impact of your efforts.

We're looking for a proactive recruiter who is active on LinkedIn and has a desire to create effective and engaging social media recruitment campaigns. This is a centralised role that will see you interacting with leaders across a range of roles and locations, supporting them by:

- Creating recruitment sourcing strategies across multiple channels
- Drafting and posting job advertisements
- Submitting short lists to managers
- Arranging online reference checks
- Providing advice and guidance on how to conduct effective recruitment processes
