**Your Opportunity**:
The position of Recruitment Advisor will support the delivery of high quality, client focused end-to-end recruitment and selection practices to business areas in accordance with Children's Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service policy and guidelines.
This position will assist in the design and delivery of a range of recruitment strategies, initiatives, projects and transactional activities by:
Supporting hiring managers to ensure compliance with pre-employment requirements.
Helping to support a positive and professional transition of new employees through the complex on-boarding process through effective training and support of hiring managers.
Providing efficient and timely client/customer tailored recruitment solutions.
Assisting with coaching and training of hiring managers in best recruitment practices such as behavioural and competency based and values based recruitment and selection methods.
Coordinating and participating in the development and delivery of training programs, workshops and presentations on a range of recruitment related topics across CHQ HHS.
