**The Role**:
This is an exciting full-time opportunity for a driven Executive Assistant to take their next step and join our Business Enablement Centre
**BEC**) team based in our Brisbane office. You will be trained and work on a large cross-section of work, ensuring the delivery of consistent and high quality administrative support with national stakeholders. No two days will be the same

The Business Enablement Centre is a legal and consulting administrative support team designed to provide high quality agile legal administrative support to enhance stakeholders' delivery of market leading business, legal and consulting services.

**Your Duties**:
As an Executive Assistant in our BEC team, you will be involved in a broad range of duties such as:

- preparing correspondence and court documents
- electronic and hard copy briefs
- file management including opening and closing files, electronic and physical filing and importing documents
- extensive billing, reporting and general accounts including trust
- reconciling corporate AMEX expenses
- general administrative tasks including, mail, photocopying, scanning, searches and formatting
- internal room bookings, assist with AV and catering requests
- assist with firm and BEC specific projects
- other ad hoc duties as required
