About the Role
The Executive Assistant is responsible for the smooth operation of the senior executive's office. This role involves managing the executive's calendar, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion. By efficiently managing these tasks, the Executive Assistant enables the senior executive to focus on strategic initiatives and decision-making. In the context of the team, this role is vital for maintaining fostering a well-managed, collaborative environment within the team. The Executive Assistant's proactive approach and organizational skills significantly contribute to the overall success and productivity of the team.

What will your day look like?
**As an Executive Assistant, you are accountable for**:
Managing and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Preparing and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinating and managing executive projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
Handling confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
Acting as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Organizing and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up actions.
Conducting research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation by the executive.
Assisting in the preparation of executive-level reports, presentations, and proposals.
Coordinate and manage offsite events, including logistics, venue selection, catering, and event agendas, while overseeing large team travel arrangements and ensuring seamless execution.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to anticipate the needs of the executive and act accordingly.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
