The Tasmania JackJumpers are one-of-ten basketball clubs that form the National Basketball League (NBL) competition. **_The Role_**

As we near the tip-off of the 22/23 Fixture - there’s no more exciting time to join the Tasmania JackJumpers as our
**Membership & Ticketing Coordinator.**

The role will see you provide essential support to the Memberships Team and play a high impact in driving the success of the memberships program, ensuring communications are clear and concise regarding membership processes, be the key support for members of the Ant Army and those wanting to join us at The Nest - providing them an unmatched customer experience, and manage multiple administrative initiatives for the club.

**_Key Responsibilities_**
- Key point of contact for members and partners/sponsors regarding their ticketing requirements and requests.
- Work with the Head of Consumer Engagement to ensure all sales agents understand the membership process and products, are trained to use and maintain the CRM System, and are kept up to date with all member
- related information.
- Supports the key phases of a membership & ticketing cycle including, renewals, ticketing on -sales, fulfillment, payment plan management and reporting.
- Develop working relationships with external stakeholders including venue staff and membership & ticketing system providers.
- Support projects that drive member engagement, attendance & growth across all membership levels.
- Ensure all promotional material and final documentation for game day clinics and school holiday programs are distributed in a timely manner.
- Ensure all tickets are correctly allocated, packaged and issued appropriately in a timely manner.
- Primary contact for membership and ticketing on game day.
- Manage and maintain member database, event calendar, membership manuals etc.
- Attend game-day/nights and other relevant professional events as a JackJumpers representative.
- Ad-hoc duties as required

- Data savvy with strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience in database or CRM support, or the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Adaptable, warm, driven to succeed
- Exceptional customer service and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Willingness to work nights and weekends as required
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a multi-tasking environment, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong IT skills and sound knowledge & understanding of Microsoft Office suite
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
