**Description**:
Applications are invited for an exciting opportunity to join our team as Engagement Coordinator - TAS.

The role is part time, 15 hours per week.

The Engagement Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the State & Territory Manager, the local team and national teams as required. It includes coordination of office and facilities and also requires the planning and coordination of member networking and advocacy engagement activities.

To succeed in this role you will have previous experience in customer service/administration support roles as well as high level interpersonal, communication, organisation and time management skills.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Provide support to the State Manager in the administration of state-based activities including manage diary appointments, records and correspondence, coordinate travel arrangements, schedule and support meetings, and prepare documents to support the achievement of business requirements;
- Coordinate state-based engagement event activities, including student and University engagement activities, Early Career Pharmacists or other networking groups, and user design experiences (understanding the experience a learner goes through to access and then engage with content);
- Coordinate awards evenings, including invitations and award nominations as required;
- Provide support to the State & Territory Manager in the management of the State Office including facilities management, general office management, venue, travel and accommodation bookings, catering;
- Assist the State Manager with office facilities tasks including coordination of basic repairs, contractors, visitors, health and safety matters and compliance matters;
- Provide support (as required) to the Branch Committee and any other sub committees that may include preparation and coordination and distribution of Branch Committee documents in a confidential and timely manner, minute taking, organising catering, set up of meeting/boardrooms, arranging teleconferencing details and other related tasks as required;
- Actively contributing to driving our membership engagement by being the first point of contact and answering member calls from the national call centre, calling members and meeting targets;
- Ensuring all membership data and activity is entered and maintained accurately and in real time;
- Respond to direct online and general enquiries and provide advice and support to PSA members and prospective members on PSA products and services as required;
- Provide support to PSA teams as required including membership, training or RTO teams as required;\

**What we are looking for**:
**Required/Essential**
- Experience in a customer service/administrative environment (2 to 3 years in a similar role);
- Demonstrated administration, organisation and time management skills including the ability to prioritise and multitask to deliver outcomes within the required timeframes, whilst maintain accuracy and attention to detail;
- High level interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders;
- Demonstrated ability to be an effective team member as well as work independently;
- Sound IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM) e.g. Salesforce;

**Desirable**
- Experience in community pharmacy and/or motivated to learn with the ability to understand a membership and community pharmacy practice;
- Cert III or IV in Community Pharmacy or business administration qualifications.
