Job Overview:

This is a key role within the Community Rehabilitation Unit (CRU) where you will be working as a social worker. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to clients and their carers/families.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To carry out comprehensive assessments and develop tailored interventions for clients referred to the CRU in accordance with organisational policies and professional codes of conduct.
  • To work collaboratively with other members of the interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated care and support to clients.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of unit data requirements, case notes and discharge summaries to the required professional standard.
Key Requirements:
  • A degree in Social Work that enables eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
  • Current and valid registration/licenses that are essential requirements of this role must be maintained at all times during employment.
