**About the role**

As a Duty Manager, you will hold a position of delegated authority, supporting the Centre Manager while overseeing various center functions during your shift. Your responsibilities will encompass:

- Taking charge of 'Big Picture' issues center-wide, ensuring our community thrives.
- Demonstrating expertise in the Centre's Emergency Action Plan, ensuring the safety of all facility users.
- Striking the perfect balance between working autonomously and leading your team by example.

This is a casual position and the hourly rate is $38.43 + super.

**Essential Qualifications**
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- Pool Lifeguard Certificate

**Other Desired Qualifications or Knowledge**
- Aquatic Technical Operations qualification preferred
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Legislation is an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar facility in a supervisory role is desirable
