- $70-74k plus super (depending on experience)

**About the Role**
- Provide customer service, administrative, and clerical support in the professional operation of the Building Services Unit
- Ensure accurate and up to date records, reporting and advice are provided to the public, and Council staff.
- Work with the Building Services Lead to establish a Building Unit that will be considered a model within Local Government and which constantly strives for continuous improvement and is a high-performing team with a strong culture of collaboration and service excellence

**Skills & Experience**
- Well-developed administrative, organisational and customer services skills and experience
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Experience working in a local government building or compliance unit or related public sector area will be highly regarded.
