**About the Role**
The Customer Service Contact Officer delivers service to Darebin Libraries’ diverse community and assists them in accessing our collections and services.

This role primarily responds to enquiries received via the Darebin Libraries ‘Contact Us’ service, and through customer service desk shifts.
- Deliver high quality customer service via the telephone and digital platforms.
- Undertake customer service desk shifts in a self-service library environment.
- Reconcile Darebin Libraries daily cash and EFTPOS takings.
- Provide administrative support for Library campaigns, services events and more.
- Publish content online using platforms such as Eventbrite and Facebook.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in a call centre, helpdesk or customer service environment
- Proficiency using a range of computer software and digital devices
- Experience in cash handling
