**About the Role**
- Build a welcoming and proud staff culture where staff from diverse backgrounds feel part of one Darebin Team.
- Strategically plan for and deliver improvements to Council’s diverse range of infrastructure services.
- Ensure effective operational leadership and management across the Department.
- Lead organisational strategy and digital transformation as part of the Senior Leadership Team and bring a commitment to operating as one Team.

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (or equivalent demonstrated skill or experience).
- Financial acumen and ability to develop budgets and business cases.
- Demonstrated skill in building capability of leaders and people managers.
- Commitment to working safely and ensuring everyone is welcome.
