**About the Role**
This Venue Services Officer role forms part of the Operations and Technical Team that is responsible for all operational, technical and front of house support for the Arts Precincts activities, including performances and events.

This role will deliver front of house services and venue services such as: Front of House ushering, bar services, venue set ups and pack downs, telephone reception services and administration duties etc.

**Duties**
**_Customer Service_**
- Provide friendly, focused and flexible customer service that is prompt, accurate, courteous and consistent to clients, customers and patrons

**_Box Office / Reception Duties_**
- Reception, ticket sales and enquiries and administrative procedures

**_Front of House (FOH) / Bar Duties_**
- Act as FOH and/or Bar staff as required according to procedures, ensuring Liquor Licensing laws and the requirements of responsible serving of alcohol are complied with
- Ensure the Venue is safe, clean, attractive and welcoming

**Qualifications, Certificates, Licences, and/or Experience**:

- At least one year’s experience in face-to-face customer service delivery, cash handling and food and beverage operations
- Experience in a cultural facilities environment
- Current Level 2 Workplace First Aid
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- A current Working with Children Card
