Our Technology Services group has a strategic remit to uplift, govern and run the Fund’s technology capability. **Your new role**
The Modern Workplace Specialist is a hands-on technical specialist role, focusing on the support, operational management, and continuous improvement of the Fund’s Modern Workplace Platforms. This role includes platform oversight and governance, technical engineering, operational management, as well as ensuring alignment to the Funds processes, standards, and best practices. The role will actively champion continuous improvement, particularly automation, to ensure technology platforms remain current. The role includes working collaboratively with other Technology Services colleagues, including architects, cloud engineers, and delivery teams.

**What you’ll need**
The successful applicant will be Microsoft Modern Workplace SME who is passionate about operations and striving for improvement across technology operations. You will bring;
- Excellent and demonstrable technical knowledge and understanding of:

- M365 Apps
- Exchange Online
- MS Teams
- SharePoint
- OneDrive
- PowerApps
- Power Automate
- Viva Insights
- Demonstrated experience in automating technical and business processes to drive continuous improvement
- In-depth understanding and working knowledge of ITIL and other relevant ITSM frameworks
- Experience in a fast-growing technology function or company
- Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify issues and areas for improvement through analysis
