We are excited to offer an exceptional Microsoft Specialist/Solutions Architect the opportunity to play a key role in expanding our customer base in Australia. Partnering with our sales team your objective will be to promote and accelerate the adoption of our Software Licensing offerings with our new & existing clients. You will have a strong business acumen with the ability to speak the technical speak, be humble and be willing to go on an exciting journey with the team at Data#3.

About the role

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Understand Online Services solutions and how Data#3 support options and billing processes connect. To act as a 'one stop shop' for Data#3 offerings.
  • Understand Microsoft Licensing rights to support customer licensing requirements
  • Develop and maintain close working relationship with all stakeholders i.e. customers, Microsoft and relevant Data#3 staff to ensure quality customer service
  • Assisting the sales team with pre-sales activities including the development of formal sales plans and proposals.
  • Assisting other Data #3 specialists with the provision of demonstrations, presentations, training, consultation and sales support services for the sales team clients
  • Participating in user requirements analyses' and mantaining and in-depth knowledge of products/services to fulfil customer needs for CSP customers
  • Undertake tasks requiring technical analysis, diagnosis and problem solving, qualifying the products/services fit and defining support needs

Customer Success Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with post-sales support where required
  • Manage and co-ordinate support escalations with Data#3, Microsoft and the customer
  • Onboard new customers to the CSP program
  • Clearly differentiate Data#3 and the value of the solution offerings developed
  • Answer customer billing enquiries
  • Upsell support options
