Responsible for Modern Workplace, pre-sales, establishing GTM collateral, Microsoft co-sell development, leading technical workshops, building proposals, SOW’s, and cost estimates for customer engagements and execution delivery and or technical lead / governance to our customers

Demonstrate the capability as a Principal expert across all Modern Work device and Security solutions and engage with clients across the spectrum of small, medium and large organisations.

Responsible for customer Architectural / design engagements with strategy, Roadmaps, business cases and High-Level Solution Designs

Responsible for enhancing offerings aligned to Service Catalogue

Work with Practice Manager to develop market leading capabilities to continue to differentiate our brand and GTM strategies.

Enhance capabilities by providing a business lens, ensuring that real value is attained via the solutions we offer.

Assume the role of being a technical leader to other technologists in the business

Technically lead engagements from sales through to delivery including content creation

People management of direct reports

Ensuring skills of self and team members are current and aligned to Microsoft competencies
**Qualifications**
Proven success in leading and developing high-performing teams within a consulting or professional services environment. Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable results, such as increased client satisfaction, improved project profitability, or enhanced team performance

Expert experience and knowledge of Microsoft stack such as Modern Management, Windows 10/11, Azure Virtual Desktop / W365,, Mobility and Intune

Proficiency across all technology competencies within modern work and security

Proven experience implementing Essential 8 controls

Ability to respond quickly, competently, and patiently. Individual must be able to gather information, evaluate options and offer working solutions.

Pre-sales consulting and writing of proposals, cost estimates, Go to Market offerings

Demonstrated skills in writing business cases, strategies, and roadmaps.

Windows 10/11 Administration and Deployment (System Center Configuration Manager & Intune)

Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate - MD-100/101

Microsoft Identity and Access Management - SC-300

Azure virtual Desktop
