**About the role**
As we continue to work with new technology to enhance the service offering to our clients, we are looking to expand our Technology function in Melbourne. If you’re passionate about being part of a motivated team, you’re exactly the sort of person we’re looking for.
**What are we looking for?**
The AMC Technology team provide computer support to staff around the world, some of which are based at our client sites in more than 100 countries. We are looking for a talented Modern Workplace Analyst to take accountability for business systems support to our team members.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support internal business systems including a business management system (BST10), CRM database (Alpha5) & Learning Management System (Cognology).
- Respond to support escalations and investigate, analyse, document, and provide root cause resolution to reported incidents.
- Create and maintain process, procedural and technical documentation as well as assist with training and related materials as needed
- Perform testing and provide acceptance of fulfilled service requests from external vendors
- Work with the business, management, peers and vendors to design, configure and support services such as Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate and other collaboration services
- Manage change & communications activities
- Deliver against roadmaps, governance, processes and policies aligning to business and IT strategy
- Understands the end-to-end technical services including dependent components and infrastructure
- Identifies opportunities to drive efficiency through automation
- Drive continuous technical improvement to the service offering
**What we need from you**:
While knowing the ins and outs of the latest technology is key, we’re also looking for someone with proven experience in a small to medium sized environment.
Experience in supporting business management systems (BST10, Cognology and Alpha5) would be highly regarded)
Technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, including but not limited to:
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Sharepoint
- Stream, Whiteboard, Planner, Forms, etc.
- Azure Active Directory, AAD Connect, Intune, Conditional Access
- PowerShell Scripting
Strong track record working in a customer focused, dynamic, highly complex organisation, responsible for operations and/or process execution
Ability to solve problems quickly, develop workflow and automate processes to deliver efficiencies
Understanding of network dependencies, implications & requirements needed for all Microsoft 365 services
Working in a challenging, fast-paced environment, you’ll need drive, resilience, and versatility. You’ll also be working with people from around the business, including key stakeholders, so a respectful attitude and the ability to build strong relationships is important.
