**What's the opportunity?**

You'll champion and provide guidance in Vocus Microsoft Digital Workplace Application.

**What you’ll be doing day to day**
- Technical SME for our modern digital workplace
- Working closely with Vocus System and Infrastructure deliver our digital workplace solution
- Champion the use of Vocus Digital Workplace Technology
- Contribute and collaborate with Vocus Collaboration team in design, management, and administration to Vocus SharePoint App and other MS365 apps
- Provide best practice and governance of Modern Workplace suite
- Analyse performance of our Digital Workplace services, identify problems areas, and find solution to improve our services
- Work with System and Infrastructure team on day-to-day operation issues and provide Level 2/3 administration, support, and maintenance of our MS365 environment
- Support and engage with a diverse internal customer base nationally

**What you will bring to the table**:

- You have full rights to work in Australia. You are an Australian citizen or a permanent Resident
- Demonstrate proficiency and experience in implementing, migrating, and optimizing enterprise-scale Microsoft workspace solutions: entire Microsoft 365 Modern workplace, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SCCM and Intune, Microsoft Collaboration Apps, Microsoft Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, PowerShell and other scripting.
- Translating users need into digital workplace solution.
- Video collaboration tools such as Zoom and Microsoft team.
- Adhere to change management procedures
- Other collaboration apps and tools like Zoom, Slack and Confluence.
- Knowledge of ITSM tools and related processes.
- Ability to organize material, analyse a wide variety of facts and develop appropriate recommendations
