**The role**:Support our team and report into the Head of Marketing to prepare for and deliver content and customer-centric events across the APAC region.

**Key tasks**:Independently own and manage all marketing activity for a portfolio of corporate summits and bespoke events:

- Event setup and data maintenance in platforms such as Salesforce & EventsAir
- Past event analysis
- Manage the company website and event listings
- Ensure company adhere to brand guidelines and be our own brand advocate
- Manage and oversee all content creation, graphic design and event communications
- Create and manage all promotional material
- Plan and manage event advertising budgets and reporting
- Maintain relationships with external partners (media, endorsers & associations)
- Ownership of core KPI's and manage campaign progresses
- Assist the Head of Marketing in ad-hoc tasks & team development

**You will have**:

- 2 years of work experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar translation
- Relevant degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a Marketing-based role
- Great organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines

Knowledge of EventsAir, Canva and Salesforce is an advantage.
