**Job Description: SEO Specialist (Remote)**

**The Role**:
As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and improving the organic search campaigns of various companies across different industries. Your focus will be on organic search, but you will also have the chance to learn and work in other digital channels. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely and join a close-knit agency with a team of experienced digital marketers.

- Can manage day-to-day campaign operations and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure high-quality output
- Is a strategic thinker who can problem-solve and offer well-considered recommendations
- Has a deep interest in SEO and its challenges

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading a portfolio of clients across various industries
- Developing, executing, and analysing SEO campaigns for multiple clients, implementing technical, content, and link acquisition strategies to increase market share
- Conducting website technical audits to ensure best SEO practices are followed and continually optimised
- Optimising on-page content, landing pages, and identifying content opportunities to drive search engine visibility
- Driving link acquisition campaigns to grow clients' digital presence
- Analysing campaign performance, monitoring keyword rankings, and suggesting data-driven improvements
- Staying up-to-date with SEO and marketing industry trends to develop innovative strategies
- Working closely with the team to execute impactful work

**Experience needed**:

- A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working with large blue-chip clients
- Proven success in delivering technical, content, and link acquisition strategies
- Strong process development experience
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with metrics measurement
- Keen interest in self-development
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and ability to gather and analyse data from multiple sources
- Strong knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress, Magento, Shopify, etc.
- Proficient in organic search tools such as ScreamingFrog, ahrefs, SEMRush, etc.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities

**Salary**: $67,522.75 - $105,531.70 per year
