Our client, a leader in the residential home building space, is looking for a
**Sales Consultant** to join their team in WA.

We have a team of skilled sales consultants that work off great commissions who are dedicated to understanding each customers' unique needs and providing personalised solutions to meet their requirements.

We foster a supportive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth for our employees. We are looking for a
**Sales Consultant **to expand and join our team to grow in Perth, WA.

**The Role**:

- Greet and engage with customers to book meetings to visit our display homes
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong rapport with potential buyers.
- conduct property tours and effectively communicate their unique features and benefits of the developments
- Assist customers in selecting the right home design and upgrades to meet their needs and budget.
- Prepare and present pricing and contract information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor information.
- Proven experience in a F2F selling role and doing B2C
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Positive and resilient attitude with the ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) and holidays as required
- Previous experience or interest in real estate or property industry is advantageous
