**The Role**

This “field” based Sales Consultant role means you interact with qualified clients daily. No showroom sales, but by appointment only in their home or premise. All appointments are qualified and made for you. You need to be accurate with measurements, have a professional appearance and possess presentation skills that are second to none. Ability to negotiate the sale is a must.

All Sales Consultants receive top notch sales training both initially and on-going. Our sales culture is competitive; with many incentives and bonuses along the way as well as recognition for outstanding sales achievements.

You are someone who is striving beyond the basic retail sales role. You have flair, professional skills and stature that impress You want reward for effort and are driven by achieving KPI’s and the thrill of the sale. **The Reward**

Being a CASUAL role initially, the package is consummate with doing more than the 9am -5pm regime. It involves working evenings and Saturdays. Hourly rate starts at $31.05ph plus overtime, penalty rates, Travel & Phone Allowances as per the Commercial Sales Award. Superannuation is paid IN ADDITION. You MUST have your own reliable late model vehicle with current driver’s license. A Police Clearance will be required to start this role. There will be an opportunity for the right person to then become full-time after 6 months. Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Perth WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
