The role is located within the Perth CBD. 

As a Membership Sales Consultant, you'll be at the heart of the club, welcoming new members and guiding them through their journey

Your mission is to provide outstanding customer service while maximising new membership sales.

Whether you are new to the sales and fitness space or a more experienced candidate, this could be a great fit for you

Your responsibilities:

  • Be the Expert: Master the club's layout, services, and regulations to offer informed and accurate information to prospective members.
  • Hit the Targets: Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly sales goals and book new members into our activities.
  • Drive the Process: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to onboarding new members, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Stay Organised: Keep our Membership/Prospects Database updated and manage all paperwork efficiently.
  • Personalise Tours: Conduct tailored tours, highlighting the unique benefits and features of our club.
  • Stay Competitive: Understand our competitors to better promote our club's advantages.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
