**What’s the role?**

You'll be at the heart of our Financial Markets (FM) Transformation, driving business-critical projects that align our business and technology strategies. This role is all about making a real impact by supporting sustainable customer growth, modernising our FM architecture, and ensuring proactive risk management. You'll work in a dynamic, agile environment, leading change initiatives that make a difference. This is a full-time role based in Sydney, with three days in the office to connect with colleagues.

**What do I need?**
- Prior experience as a change manager in banking and financial services.
- The ability to handle business-focused technology change initiatives and are comfortable with the Microsoft suite and processing tools.
- To be a lateral thinker and an enthusiastic problem solver, with the ability to see the big picture and have a vision for growth.
- Familiarity with both agile and waterfall delivery of changeYou're a self-starter, ready to hit the ground running with a delivery focus and a get-it-done attitude.
