**Your new role**
Your new role working as a Customer Support Coordinator, you will;
- Provide a consistently high level of service to all stakeholders with a key focus to navigate the most efficient outcome for the customer through effective, efficient and best practice telephony and work order management
- Provide clear, concise and accurate information relating work requirements to clients, contractors and customers.
- Ensure all contract SLA targets are achieved for inbound/outbound call resolution, monitor work order timeframes, follow ups and escalating priority issues
- Work with the management team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies.
- Ensure all contract SLA targets are achieved for inbound/outbound call resolution
- Determine the nature of customer or client requests through use of effective questioning and take the appropriate action based on the contract guidelines.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience working in a contact centre environment
- Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations.
- An active listener with Clear communication skills
- Culturally astute with high Empathy and Emotional Intelligence
- High Resilience and eagerness to learn
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
