**Your new company**
Professional software development & implementation organisation who pride themselves on their unique methodology and approach to customer facing systems for their clients across Australia and New Zealand.

**Your new role**
As Project Coordinator you will support the PMO, leading and supporting the generation of regular reports within agreed cut-offs utilising a number of tools such as excel and Jira. You will look after the maintenance and ongoing development of the Project Development Reporting process (Jira).

You will assist with creating and modifying all ways of working templates and processes and change management. You will also support the development of the PMO SharePoint site and co-ordinate regular and ad-hoc project meetings. Collaborating with Project Managers, Team Leaders, Developers and Business Analysts you will diagnose issues and perform root cause analysis and ensure projects and tasks are released in a timely manner.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong understanding and knowledge of project management and governance practices
- Understanding of Waterfall and Agile Project Management methodologies
- Customer focused
- Self-motivated, can think for themselves, anticipate what is needed as well as take direction
- SharePoint experience
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with Jira, SharePoint / Confluence / Teams / Collaboration tools is a key requirement
