**Role summary**:
This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced organisation focused on working in workplaces to build strong and resilient communities.
As part of the Customer Support team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to both external customers and the customer relationships team. It is a busy, varied role involving communication with both internal and external customers, working with a set portfolio of customers.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Dealing with a variety of internal and external communications
- Working collaboratively to respond to customers’ problems and issues
- Identifying improvements to working processes and systems
- Prioritising tasks and working on multiple issues at once
- Processing learning and development session registrations
- Database management
**Essential criteria**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and able to speak with clarity and adjust language to suit the situation
- Able to work with multiple demands
- Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic
- Must be able to work autonomously with high problem-solving ability
- Engaging and empathetic personality
- Must be COVID vaccinated with 1 booster
