ICT Customer Support Officer - State Government Organisation - Contract - Till December 23 Warilla Location

This State Government Organisation is currently looking for experienced ICT Customer Support Officers to join their IT team in a 5-months contract with the potential to extend. They have an office in **Warilla**, you will have an amazing opportunity working as part of a well-known State Government Organisation and a very competitive hourly rate.

**Your new role**

As an ICT Customer Support Officer, you will be based onsite in the office and provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to their internal users. involving the diagnosis and resolution of incidents and deployment of the department’s standardised infrastructure, hardware and systems. The role contributes to a high performing team and acts to ensure excellent customer service and continuous service improvement.
- Diagnose and resolve ICT incidents and issues via remote-support tools, telephone and on-site support.
- Provide and maintain ICT support services in accordance with the Department’s standards, policies and operating procedures and agreed service levels.
- Participate in the deployment, maintenance and improvement of the Department’s standardised ICT systems.
- Provide operational technical advice to the users in accordance with the Department’s standardised ICT technologies, policies and operating procedures.
- Contribute to the improvement of ICT services through the escalation of relevant incidents, requests and problems.
- Provide advice to managers and others about the Department’s standard ICT technologies and services to assist their decisions about effective use of available equipment.
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with Departmental protocols.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
- Previous experience in laptop device deployment
- Previous experience in Mobile Device Management (iPad & iPhone)
- Previous experience in Windows 10 / 11, Mac OS, Outlook, Exchange, Jamf, Intune, SCCM, AD, O365
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
