HR Coordinator position based with leading NSW Government agency. Finishes end of December but could extend.

**Your new company**
This leading NSW Government Agency are looking for a superstar HR Coordinator to join their team. They are based in Sydney's CBD and have a flexible working from home arrangement. This role will also be 4 days per week.

**Your new role**
In this role you will tasked with a range of functions in the HR Lifecycle. Below are some of the day to day duties that you will be performing:

- Coordinate the HR functions including recruitment; induction, work and development plans;, code of conduct and related registers; WH&S; leave and other entitlements and approval processes.
- Coordinate and report on annual capability assessments and training and development programs in line with established priorities and budgets.
- Support the development and coordination of the departments graduate/cadet program including establishing rosters, objectives and evaluation processes for business units and cadets as they rotate through the organisation.
- Maintain the staffing files and support senior managers with staff-related activities.
- Provide administrative support to assist in meeting business priorities.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will need:

- Minimum 2 years experience as a HR Coordinator
- Be able to start art a maximum 2 weeks notice
- Be able to commit to 4 days per week
