We’re on the lookout for a proactive and highly organised **Junior** **Executive Assistant / Office Administrator** to join our head office team in Darra. Reporting to the Senior Executive Assistant/Office Manager, this role offers plenty of variety, from day-to-day coordination of the office to providing support to the Executive Team.

**Your Opportunity**
- General office operations including but not limited to managing reception, ordering catering and keeping kitchens and office supplies well stocked
- Coordinating site maintenance and liaising with contractors in line with our SHEQ Management Systems
- Providing admin support to the Senior Executive Assistant/Office Manager and wider Executive Team
- Supporting event coordination and project-based tasks
- Processing office-related invoices via SAP/CAAPS workflow system
- Managing key business functions including the Company’s Length of Service program, legal document registers and controlled document database

**What You’ll Bring**
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar admin or EA role within a corporate environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to juggle various tasks
