_Assistant/Junior Property Manager_

Two part-time Assistant/Junior Property Managers required - Immediate start for the right applicant with long term career prospects. We are looking for one junior who will be Gold Coast based and another who will be Brisbane based.

We are seeking an enthusiastic person with a positive attitude who is looking for a busy and varied role full of challenges and great experiences.

Previous experience will be looked upon favorably but not essential. The applicant should have either completed their real estate salesperson qualifications or be currently enrolled to complete.

The junior property manager will have the responsibility of managing daily tasks for assigned properties & assisting the Senior Property Manager in day-to-day operations.

Tasks will include:

- Advertise Properties & negotiate lease terms
- Perform tenant screenings and hold open homes
- Communicating with tenants
- Maintain property data base
- Maintain property by addressing tenants’ complaints
- Co-ordinate maintenance and inspections

The right applicant will have a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.

Knowledge of Property Me, Realworks, InspectLive, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and TICA is preferred but not essential.

Holder of Queensland Real Estate Salesperson License or currently enrolled in a course which will provide this qualification upon completion.

Holder of a Clean current Open Queensland Driver’s License

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $49,999.00 per year
