**Opportunity**

Due to fast growing client demand, we are looking to grow our current Brisbane Team by recruiting a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join the fast-paced Industrial Division.

**The role**
- Business development ( growing and maintaining relationships )
- Database entry
- Creating Advertisements for positions
- Background/reference checking
- You will be making cold calls to generate business
- Negotiations and sales
- Attend networking events and Conferences
- Social networking with clients

**About you**
- You are a natural communicator and display great emotional intelligence
- You have excellent sales skills
- Intermediate level IT skills
- Tenacity and drive to succeed
