**Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Education, etc.)
- Master’s Degree (or higher) is highly regarded
- Previous experience in a management or coordinators role in a school is desirable
- Current QCT Teacher Registration (or eligibility to gain)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to mentor and support colleagues
- Support and uphold the values and ethos of the school
- Working Rights for Australia (or eligible to gain)
