We are currently seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Assistant Account Executive with a Tier 2 Broking qualification to join our clients expanding team. As a Junior Assistant Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the account management and broking functions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience, develop valuable skills, and work alongside seasoned professionals in the industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior account executives in managing client portfolios and executing investment strategies.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify investment opportunities and monitor market trends.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare accurate and timely investment reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing their needs.
- Execute trade orders in a timely manner and ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- A Tier 2 Broking qualification is essential for this role.
- 6 months minimum experience as a Broker Assistant with exposure to Domestic insurances (or 12 months experience in domestic claims)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
