- Day-to-day you'll:
- Provide quality customer service to enquiries, providing information over the phone,
- Think outside the box to handle more technical/complex queries and deliver a quality experience
- Process sales orders and invoicing
- Data entry of orders
- Process warranties and returns
- Handling incoming calls
- Ordering stationery and stock
- Provide daily sales reports using excel
- Filing of invoices and slips
