Our client is a very well-known business based in Hoxton Park looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team as a Sales Consultant. No sales experience needed just great customer service.

Your new role
- Attend to customers and support them throughout their visit to the Showroom.
- Maintain customer/visitor registration database.
- Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of a profitable business and sustainable relationships.
- Responsible for follow up calls, communications and campaigns as required.
- Other standard administrative duties when required

What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role
- Great organisational skills
- Great communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Work well as part of a team
